I wonder if maybe this works more so due to some secondary effect from exogenous e2 rather than just elevated e2. Also theoretically e2 taken orally should help your liver create more SHBG so I wonder if maybe that is actually the mechanism at play here giving the effects - raised SHBG - rather than the e2 levels themselves.

Primo also lowers SHBG - sometimes dramatically person to person.
I wonder again if maybe all of this has to do with SHBG rather than the e2 still.

Do you have an SHBG number while you were on the e2? one from before the e2? Try getting tested now too id be curious to see the difference between the 3.

Maybe not completely certain but I lean towards the primo lowering E2 for him as it been a hot minute since he stopped the E2. Or some kind of DHT vs E2 mechanism.
