Follow all instructions I posted before about sandbox mode…

AI - Medium (difficulty) patch:
http://www.multiupload.com/X6UXVKYDYJ

Unrar and read .txt file follow instructions

Download only AI enabled maps here:

example:

After downloading AI maps… Open up lazylauncher.exe and load the AI Map.

Again, race is random, but you will be able to play against computers… Lost temple map has about 3 computers… Harder AI patch is currently being worked on.

Bnet Server emulation is also being worked on.

GLHF![/quote]

Dude, you’ve ruined my life

every time I try to open it I get this. I tried both the loader with maps and the loader without. So what is my dysfunction here?

Run the client the normal way, it will then start dwonloading the next patch. That should fix it.

And peeps, I’ve found this AI to be rather lacking. But fear not, I got my hands on one that plays alot more competetive:

It’s used the same way, just replace the file with the coresponding file in the SCII folder.

“well butter my biscuit”

Well I get it running, unfortunately it runs too slow for me to play. Can someone who knows anything about computers tell me if this POS is enough to play SC2??

Operating system: Windows 2.6.0.6001 (SP 1)
CPU type: AMD Phenom™ 9150e Quad-Core Processor
CPU Speed (GHz): 1.82
System memory (GB): 3.873
Graphics card model: NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE nForce 430
Graphics card driver: nvd3dum.dll
Desktop resolution: 1440x900
Hard disk size (GB): 452.66
Hard disk free space (GB): 238.525

Your problem is the graphics card :\

Aye the graphiccard.
I’m running on a laptop with a simple amd turion x2 and ATI radeon HD 3650, and it runs fine. Replace your GPU and you should be gold.

I actually found 4.0 to be MUCH more difficult! I would get destroyed 90% of the time mid-game. I have no idea how he was amassing such a big army, but it was definitely harder to beat. I usually win 95% of the time on version 5.5

Maybe you were playing with cheating AI?

With 5.5 easy AI is just ridiculous… Medium is a good challenge while you are still getting used to the new and stuff

I must suck @ SC2, with 5.5 I get destroyed after a few mins. They just send 3 Mauraders and a handful of Marines and I’m gone. No matter how fast I start building units, they keep having the upper hand! Very annoying. Went through 5 games of that now and I’m tired of it.

I must have been using the cheating one before then. It’s a great learning experience to figuring out which units would be best against your opponent since he would always have A LOT more than you. What do you play as and what do you build?

Some basic advice would be to try and turtle yourself in the beginning, no need to expand early since you will be wasting resources. Scout your enemy see what race he is so you can plan ahead. Use the help button on top to see which units are strong/weak against other units. Heck even I don’t remember some of them, I always use it. Also make sure you have a lot of workers to mine your resources.

Build your bread and butter units first, Like zealots, stalkers, Roach, Hydralisks, Marines, marauders, etc…

thx guys, heres something for your troubles. oh, and the girls pretty hot too ^^

Holy shit Starcraft was like crack for me…I think i ruined by brothers life by introducing it to him!

Blizzard please keep your crack cocaine addictive games off our city streets!

Super cool modified AI maps with new difficulty levels.
