The press responds best to volume. This doesn’t necessarily mean in a single training session but spread across two, or three, if you’re doing a three day FB.
One way to do this, if doing a 4 day split is
Day 1
Bench 5/3/1
Press 5-7x5@FSL
Day 3
Press 5/3/1
Press 5-7x5@FSL
A three day full body could be:
Day 1
Press 5/3/1 ladders
Day 2
Press 5-7x5@FSL
DAY 3
Bench 5/3/1
What’s cool is with your warm ups is you can vary your grips and even press behind the neck, if you have the mobility to do so, before your main sets as well
