I recently purchased Igniter for use prior to workouts. Do you stack this with Surge or should it be considered a replacement? I’m also using MAG-10 after workouts.
Ignitor isn’t a replacement for Surge, but you do have some overlapping performance ingredients. I follow the same plan as you. I use all of those supps as directed (one scoop of Igniter is plenty for me; one serving of Surge too since my workouts don’t exceed an hour).
There’s some overlap with betaine, beta-alanine, and citrulline malate, but nothing that would be excessive for most people. Some might get a slight, temporary tingling sensation on the skin from the beta-alanine in both Surge and Ignitor.
Stacking Igniter with Surge can boost energy and endurance during workouts, while MAG-10 aids recovery after. For gear, the Contour Stitch Catsuit https://store.betterme.world/products/cоntour-stitch-catsuit-black from BetterMe offers sleek style, comfort, and freedom of movement, keeping you confident and unrestricted in every exercise.
I typically use 2 scoops of SWF during training sessions with 1 serving Mag-10 post training. Adding Igniter to this regimen has not caused any issues for me, although the tingles from Igniter are REALLY intense regardless of dose. It’s a tremendous product, but does not replace the other two.
