Hi everyone,
Trying to search through the forums here on what effect stacking Hot-Rox with Caffeine would be…
Does it impair/improve the supplement? Compeletely neutral?
thanks!

Hot-Rox does contain caffeine
I take Hot-Rox, and the few times i’ve taken it in conjunction with a caffiene based supplement (coffee, tea, even a caffiene pill), i was wired all day long, had trouble keeping my foot still or sitting for that matter, and sleeping wasnt even an option. If you can handle it then go for it, because like anybody on this forum will tell you to each his own (everyone has different results). As far as improving Hot-Rox… i don’t think it neccessarily improved or changed the chemical reaction that Hot-Rox has on the body, just worked along side it to increase the overall effect (which i know sounds confusing, but in lay terms, i think it wasnt so much that the two joining together created the greater effect for me, but that there were 2 elements contributing to it in the first place, if that makes any sense)
again, these were just my personal results, if you can stomach it and dont find yourself too wired, then go for it
Anyone knows the amount of caffeine in Hot-Rox. I am trying to avoid caffeine but if the amount of caffeine in Hot-Rox is less or not a big dose i might consider using it.
Thanks to anyone who can give me an idea or approximation as i know it is a trade secret.
1)Fat burners don’t work. They are a waste of money.
2)300 mg per dose.

Thanks for this reply. Anyway 300 mg is too high for me.
