Stability of Waxy Maize, Aminos in Water?

I’ve got some waxy maize powder that I’m going to try in my pre and during workout drink along with some essential amino acids. I usually mix it up first thing in the morning and train in the late evening. Given that these are just amino acids and carbs, I can’t imagine there are any stability issues (such as with creatine). Is that right?

I dont think there are any stability issues, but may affect the absorbance rate

Waxy maize purpose is to be extremely fast absorbing, so adding things to it will slow it down. This kinda then defeats the purpose of it. So if you will mix stuff with it, might as well use other source of fast carbs

My recommendation is take the waxy maize PWO then 20 mins later take BCAAs or sip on BCAAs during workout. Immeadately when done take waxy maize, get shower, then take rest of PWO supps
