Looks good, just throw in a couple pieces of fruit. No need for another shake. Don’t worry about the scale, just the mirror. You will get leaner, don’t worry.

Are you going to address the intensity issue or no? A good diet won’t help if you’re not even trying when lifting.

Plainpat- must not have seen your question the first time around. by the end of my session i am breaking a pretty big sweat. I take some time inbetween sets on my compound lifts especially my work sets but i sometimes do assistance sets back to back. Im in and out in 40-50 minutes and am sweating pretty hard as already said.
