Just curious, what’s everyone wearing?
Just got an inzer hardcore, will report on it later.

In may i will be wearing the inzer hybrid with metal breifs…bm
pro metal with metal briefs. looking at 750+ in march.
Just got a Frantz canvas recently. Seemed to work really well when I tried it out.
oh my god, 750? I can’t even squat that much with all the weight added up from each rep over a month.
Goldberg,
are the metal briefs far beyond any other briefs you’ve tried (e.g. frantz or inzer)?
or Big Martin…
dont know havent used them yet…i plan on ordering them this week…so give me a couple weeks…i use the inzer power pants and have liked those…but i hear these metal brifs are freaky and are made with some real thick crazy material…big m
The Metals are by far the best briefs I have ever used.
sale @ EFS this weekend, i think.
the metal briefs are the best ever.
Titan Dual Quad, great suit, but it takes a while to get one. I’m thinking about trying a metal suit if this one ever wears out, but it it should last for a long time.
I went from the Inzer hardcore to the Titan Dual Quad NXG+. The dual quad is cheaper and better.

For single ply, NXG+ is the shit.
I have used a HardCore and it is a good suit, but it needs to be almost ridiculously tight to get the most out of it.
If you are willing to do your own alterations, or have someone locally who can do them right, save the money and buy the Centurian. (I realized we usually send in a DualQuad 2-3 times to get it right anyway.)
If the suit is dialed in right, you get a great combination of support and rebound.
Theoretically, the same could be said for a HardCore, but you end up having $85 into a Titan as opposed to $145 for the HC. Plus, my experience has been that the NXG+ holds up better to experimental altering.
Would LOVE to get a Metal suit. Money is an issue right now, so depending how the Titan Fury shirt works, may try one of their suits. The other option is Frantz.
Have heard good things about Frantz and Metal, but nothing on Titan.
So the metal suit, it is, for the 2-ply-ers? Time to give up the “walk out.”
I had a titan years ago, and didn’t like it. The legs would roll up on me. My favorite from the old days was the inzer z suit. I might go with the hardcore if I had to use single ply and couldn’t go to canvas as an alternative.
Patricia-Steve Goggins wears titan gear.
Heh, Irondoc, I have about a 10 year old Z that I train speed in. In alot of ways, it is my favorite suit. In fact, for just training it is probably what I would recommend.
However, fabrics have changed significantly and I gotta say IMHO, NXG+ is the best poly material for competition. Anymore, I look at a suit as something I am going to have to spend time in and alter to get the most out of anyway so I just pick the best fabric. Additionally, when you get the hips fitting right, the harness system on a DQ or Centurian works.
If you don’t want to spend time altering, then you should try everything. In regards to Metal, they basically bought the old Marathon patterns and applied a stouter fabric so it is a design with some solid history behind it.
plus the metal gear looks like a wet suit its so thick.
