Squat Rack Curls 5.0

Also, although I don’t have videos, I don’t think anyone would think these numbers to be inflated

Squat 315 x 1
Deadlift 325 x 1
Bench 205 x 1
Clean and Jerk 195 x 1
Pull-ups did BW + 45# for a triple today

I do have a long way to go. Being under 200# doesn’t mean I don’t know what qualifies as proper form. I’m not getting any taller, and while getting to 200# might be a little more eating than I’m willing to do(this is tentative), I do have a plan to get up to 185#(eat>gain>continue, or eat>don’t gain>eat more), and then I’ll re-evaluate from there.

There is a dude at my gym like that. He benches in the mid 400d but other than that he is weak. I never see him do anything but chest and on the few times i did see him do sqauts it was with 185…in the smith machine…with his hands on his knees. And he is HUUUUGGGE he has the biggest belly ever. And i see him train two girls all the time. You wanna know what he has them do?..Abbs…how can you teach somebody to do abb workouts when u cant do a single sit up
