By far the funniest video I have ever seen in my life![/quote]
I am on the verge of tears, that is amazing.
In other news, there was this guy today on the lat pulldown machine who set it for like 60kgs and he was probably around 90kg 200lbs but before every single motherfucking rep he stood up and then yanked the bar down and somehow ended up extending his back past parallel without every actually pulling the weight to his chest. I canāt accurately describe it but it was an atrocity.

Haha how i missed that correlation is amazing. It actually looked like it could have been one. I wish i had videoed the guy.
The other day I was working out in my collegeās athlete only weight room. I was lifting at the same time as the womenās lacrosse team, so I tried to be respectful and kept to a corner squat rack out of everyoneās way. After I racked the weight following one of my sets, one of the girls came over and tied a band around my rack and started working out, with me still standing inside the rack dumbfounded.

So the guy was working up to a box squat max with some chains on the bar. He realizes that the bar is turned around the wrong way so he tries the spin the bar around to make it right. Well⦠he puts his neck into the yoke to get more leverage to move the thing around since it was loaded and had chains on it and it falls off the pins while on his neck and shoulders and comes crashing down. The pins stop the bar and he quickly escapes luckily just a little shaken and a sore neck. But wow that was a stupid idea.
I thought they casted the perfect body type for āthe coach.ā When I lifted in ballys there was a pt there that weighted about 140, wore under armour all the time, and always had to comment on our lifts because they were ānot functional.ā

Although that part I agree with. Itās been good because I have not had that happen to me in a while.
2 overweight middle aged ladies doing curls and chatting RIGHT in front of the dumbbell rack. I stood about 10ft behind them for a couple minutes watching tv while i waited for them, before they moved. One of them was about to say sorry and the other told her to not apologize because they were just using the gym equipment just like anybody else, LOL.
