Squat Rack Curls 2011

There are only 2 acceptable times to wear sunglasses at the gym. 1) If you workout out at muscle beach on a sunny day. 2) If you look like this guy.

Only if you are working out at night.[/quote]

I actually watched this without sound (at work) and the song that came to my head was “Peanut Butter Jelly Time!” It actually seems to fit when she has her hands outstretched, like she was a large banana holding a pair of maracas

I find it even funnier that she leaves her sunglasses on while in the gym.

Isn’t it awesome! She wears them for cardio too.

Also weird bizarro giant package guy I posted usually leaves HIS sunglasses on.

I for one hope that they meet and have a love child.

Then in 20 years time Hallowed JR can witness the most epic squat rack curl and revive this thread with a video of her talking to herself.

This is my prophecy.

Why does people complain about this? I still do this date haven’t met anyone who wouldn’t move if you just asked them nicely. Some say they are almost done and you just give them a glare and ask them with a more serious tone why they cant take the bar somewhere else or ask them if they need help lifting the bar somewhere else. Depending on the sitution. I still have a 100% success rate doing this.

saw a great thing today, a trainer getting his client to put chains over her shoulders and then do band assisted dips

also two bros doing the upright row/bench combo HARD started talking to me and my training buddy about how they’re strong and should do powerlifting meets too (and then proceeded to ask what lifts were in a powerlifting meet)

Bicep curls, rolling shoulder shrugs, and leg press
right?? The staples of any successful BRO-formance plan

the best part was when we told them that in competition they can’t bounce the bar but pause it. Then they proceeded to let it sink into their chests and hump it up every rep.

Nothing shocking here, but I hate when people leave lots of plates in the bar.

What annoys me most is the people who do circuits: not the ones who do it on the machines because those are easy to work in on but the ones that take up two benches (for two people who used almost identical weights and could have worked together) and half the dumbbell rack.

I hate girls who don’t wear tight shorts or yoga pants at the gym.
I need to see ass curves
NAO.

When gay guys violate the 3 seconds rule.

Come on dude, seriously? At least don’t be obvious.

Agreed.

Most of them do their db stuff right in front of the rack too. If you’re too lazy to step back to a more open area then you may not be cut out for this.

Staring at someone.

I had a guy whom I assume was gay, checking me out at the gym this A.M. Hey it happens and I’m ok enough with me that it doesn’t bother me- just means I’m doing something right (I look so good even dudes want me) but when the guy is just staring -hell it makes you feel uncomfortable.

So I say “what’s the problem” not all tough guy like (cuz I’m only tough on the interwebz) but with enough authority to get his attention.

He say “I was just checking out the weights becuase they’re usually all over the place” Huh WTF!!!

sorry man that was me I was looking to see your back and if it was really you. jk

And what’s the deal with gay guys in the men’s locker room?

The excuse is - “its not like we want every dude we see”. seriously, c’mon.

You’re a man that likes other men (np with your lifestyle choice - its your choice) but don’t lie.
I know that as a man that likes women, I LIKE EVERY WOMAN I SEE AND WOULD SIIHP. I can honestly say that I can find some redeeming quality about almost any woman I see so don’t give me this BS about “we don’t want you”.

I think they are trying to be polite. It is kind of unpleasant to think that someone is visualizing pillaging my anus.

I bet somewhere in the world they have a gym that is just for gays. Fabulous gym equipment and non stop Cher blasting out of the stereo.
