Squat Rack Curls 2011

We laugh, but someone is makin serious money of that^

I was doing pull-ups in the power rack (don’t stab me. I would be happy to move if someone asked. All the pull-up machines suck) and the guy next to me was arguing with his trainer.

T- You need to sit back in your squat. Don’t just bend your knees.
DA- I run a lot. I know what I am doing.

T- You can’t bulk and cut at the same time.
DA-yeah you can. I have done it before
T- Not effectively. Not at all really.

I felt sorry for the trainer.

Yeah, I’ve seen some pretty bad for on the rower (or ergonometer) but that was unreal.

Ok I gotta put this in. This is my 1st time writing on this site cause I have just had my eyes opened to this wonderful site. But currently I am stationed in Afghanistan with he Army at Bagram AB. Sooo I just walk into the gym and there is a bench open and it is my day for close grip. So I think it is gonna be a great day for lifting. I put my bag, water, towel on the bench and I am standing right beside it. Just get into my bag and start putting on my I Pod and some douche walks right up to me and motions for me to take out my earphones and asks me if I am using the bench. Almost punched the dude right in the face. WOW why does it seem all the fuck tards in the military go to the same gym/at the same time as I do.

So earlier today,I wanted to do some Stiff Leg Deadlifts and I headed over to the power rack. The bar was already loaded with 45s on both ends so I thought that this was perfect. I was just about to lift the bar off the rack and place it on the ground when this scrawny,Middle eastern kid yelled out. ā€œHey Bruh,Im using that!ā€ ā€œSorry, how many more sets do you have?ā€ I asked. ā€œ2 more.ā€ This kid REEKED of cologne. It was like he took a bath in Armani and slop his hair up with jizz. I had a bit respect for him for a second when I thought that maybe he was going to start deadlifting (Ive only seen 4 people deadlift in the 2 years I been at that gym) but that quickly evaporated when I saw him doing inverted rows. You might ask how this is a Squat Rack Curls story. HE WAS ADDING MORE WEIGHT TO THE BAR AFTER EACH SET.

Saw a little ginger in sleeveless light blue shirt and khakis dumbell benching 50s and of course hes slamming the weight after every set

It took me a while to understand that only because I always called those inverted pull ups.

This is the biggest fail since shake weight. OH LOOK AT THAT A WALKER FOR DOING DIPS AND CURLS! Seriously though, the only difference between this and a regular walker is that it’s missing tennis balls on the bottom.[/quote]
Looks good to me! That’s 30lbs of steel! I find that most guys at the gym that can do a signifigant amount of BW dips really try and limit their shoulder work and bicep curls to 30 lbs. Much more weight than that and the form really starts to break down!

I’m going to start expecting Grandma to get more exercises done with her walker. After watching this video I realize she has really been a lazy slob.

The tennis balls are an optional accessory for only an additional 39.95 (plus S&H). Just get in contact with me directly to purchase!

Isn’t an inverted pull up a shoulder press?

A guy at the gym today did 20lb Dbs for what seemed like 30 reps (I was waiting because he was in front of the heavy DBs and I was waiting) then he went to 90s.

Sort of weird to do 20s, then jump to 90s!

If only that could be folded into a suitcase…
