Ya I’m not completely giving up or anything I just need a break from being under the bar. Like after watching myself with a broomstick and bodyweight stuff I feel like I just don’t have any business under the bar until I can do bodyweight squats right at full rom.

Although I am still also considering half squats or maybe belt squats or any kind hip work just to keep some kind of stimulus and work for the time being
I could go the “bodybuilding” route and still get some growth but I get bored with that real quick… I would love to just squat properly and safe one day

That looks better man, hopefully you can duplicate it with a bar.
Also,
Magic fixes are few and far between, especially once you’ve been in the game awhile. You’re having to unlearn a habit in addition to forming a new one and that’s not exactly easy. Good on ya for still sticking with it and working to improve, it’ll be worth it later.

Stop trying a thousand different things and just fix the main issue - rounding your back.
I can’t do a bodyweight squat but I have squatted 570 in competition.
