Thanks everybody it was a ton of fun.

I will be doing another video recapping Rehab, the Comp and the plan going forward.

So Saturday messed me up a bit. When I cramped I kind of went into partial panic mode and then drank what seems like an ocean of Salt-Lite and BCAA/Electrolyte mix.

Ever since I have been dehydrated and nauseous (not drinking induced hahaha) while my body tries to rebalance itself. My diet choices probably didnt help. In the car on Sunday I ate 5 pinguino cupcakes (hostess cupcakes), 2 nitos…actually I dont even remember everything but that wasnt even half.

I actually think I would have been better off having a couple whiskeys or something like that on Saturday to help flush out the system.

Today was the first day I made it to the gym. Neither were great workouts but they were a start. I did get a sick pump in both though probably because I am carb over loaded.

Diet/Physique Neither are doing great. My extremities actually look veiny and defined but my torso is this giant watery blob with a big blocky waist. Pretty sure my Visceral fat is a PR thanks to the sugar. I will be locking diet in…again…so hopefully I can shrink this waist.

But before all that…

Pregnancy Craving Soup…Bass (I dont even really like this kind of fish), chicken thighs, onion, potato shrimp and tomato base and some avocado.

Preworkout meal this morning…no wonder I am puffy AF LOL. Peanut Butter, 3 egg banana sandwich.

Tweaked my back doing rows yesterday, pretty sure from hyper extension oops. Pretty sure not working out hasnt helped. Everything has kind of rusted shut in a matter of speaking.

Today for squats my back got lit up so I skipped half the workout. Still got a sick Quad pump though thanks to some sleds.

Was Sofis Bday and still recovering from what ever electrolyte hell I put my body through August 12th so did a bunch of pumpy workouts and now it is time for a new log…

What’s going on down there? The US just issued a travel warning that includes Quintana Roo.

I havent heard about the travel warning but violence has picked up quite a bit.

Cartels fighting over territory with the new elections has kind of had a trickle effect it seems.

The article said Americans weren’t being targeted but there was an increase in homicides, kidnappings, etc. Too bad they have to go and ruin a beautiful place. My wife and I took our ā€œbabymoonā€ to the Barcelo Resort in the Riviera Maya area. Loved it and would like to go back.
