29/5/12 Bench
Not even worth logging. I could even bench 120kg once. Seems like yesterday’s squats got my nervous system to its limits. Now, I am going to do what I did in the past: every monday squat, every wednesday back workout, every friday bench and if it happens to go to a track and field session on saturday, so be it. This worked well for me in the past, so why change it? On the other hand, I might just start smolov. Dunno.
31/5/12 Back
A typical back workout, a total of 10 working sets plus one set of rack pulls with 160kgx6. That was all. I have all motivation to workout alone. I need to find a workout partner.
I measured myself today for shits and giggles.
GUNS: Almost 15 inhes LOL I suck. I have had them up to 16 and and a half when I was doing bodybulding workouts so yeah, they suck now.
Thighs: 25 inches. I have had them up to 26 and a half at a point. But, I am currently at my leanest I have ever been. Also, having more than a pair of jeans is awesome.
Shoulder circumference: 49 inches.
Waist, measured at belly button: 33 inches.
Neck: 16.5 inches. I am YOLKED BRO! LOL.
Calf: 16.5 inches, and I never workout them, except when I sprint.
Dammit, I am small. But strong.

Deload. I did some speed deads, some really light reverse band squats just to see hwo they feel, and did a yoga/pilates class aferwards, LOL.

Yeap yoga. I felt totally gay before, during and after. But now I know how the old ladies or a total gym newbie feels like when they enter a weight room for the first time. The thought that wasin my mind was “WTF AM I DOING HERE?”
Yer, it can get scary when your sitting in a room full of girls. The camel toes makes it worth it.
I just ordered a dvd; Rodney Yee’s Yoga for athletes. Im just going to do it once or twice a week, as I am the original Mr Un-flexible.

7/6/12 Bench
Nothing worth logging. Some benching, some lateral raises and left. No motivation, way too much heat which has dehydrated. Cuts have appeared in my quads, so I guess I am 2 weeks out of Jr. Nationals, LOL. But seriously, I can’t have this low body fat and feel good. And I just can’t increase my body fat with this heat, even though I have been eating 4500+ calories a day for the last week, my bodyweight has dropped.

Warmed up, then 200x4, PR for this weight (92,4). I am getting leaner and leaner. ATM, my quads are showing more cuts in the outer and inner parts. I will keep eating the way I am and see if I can get below 90kg with the same strength. If I maage that, My 40 dash time will be off the roof!

I have no freaking idea. But no carbs in my last meal, instead of about 350 I had for the last 3 motnhs LOL.

I wish. I haven’t been paid by my job in almost 2 months, so no gear for me :(. But once I get my hands on some test and dbol, while focusing on my weak areas (hammies,arms and upper chest), I would love to see the results!

Yeah, I know. I will probably keep them like that, since now most people think I am mid-twenties. When I was "bald, they thought I was like 28-29, which sucks.
