Spring 2010 Contest Run Up

we now have a pro bodybuilder on T-Nation!!

You DID IT!! Congrats!

Gonna be a couple of weeks before I get pics from the show’s photographer, but here’s the boys n myself after nabbing a bunch of hardware.

Mike Took the Masters 35+ and was 3rd or 4th in both the lightweight and novice lightweight classes.

John was 3rd in the middles, and 5th in what was probably one of the most stacked (and pretty sizable) novice heavyweights.

I only entered the Open Middleweights, which I won, and then won the Overall (so I basically beat everyone in the show, as my girlfriend put it -lol). The video looks great, and I honestly can’t believe how F-ing THICK I look. I’ll try to get it off the camcorder this week, and put up the clips as best as I can. I think I probably got 3 hours sleep last night, and I’m still insanely wired. I woke up to walk my pup (down some Met Drive!), and then just watched the videos a few times letting things sink in.

Damn Stu, It does suck when it gets political like that, but never give up!(Obviously you won’t!)

You’ll blow them away at your next show in 2 weeks!

Proof!

A few from my friend’s camera,… mostly yellow-orange, but not too horrible while we wait for the professional shots

(Middleweights again)

Seeing as your a PRO now, guess you wont be needing us anymore. We’ll go sulk in the corner.

NOT!! I can see all the threads now:

PROFESSIONAL bodybuilder stu shows you how to make it BIG!!
PROFESSIONAL contest prep!
How to compete like a PROFESSIONAL!

In all seriousness, whats the plans now that you won? Compete in another federation or bulk and compete later on??

Ready to drop! -lol
(the judges really worked us, I had dream tan streaking down my torso onto the floor!)

I honestly thought the woman was handing me a PS3!

From my posing routine (I like this shot!)

Okay,… not a ton of good shots, but enough to give you some idea of how things went. I’ll try to get Mike and John on here if I can, I’m sure both of them doing their first show 2 weeks ago, and then implementing various changes to come in better 2 weeks later might of of some interest (Mike’s been calling me a Mad Scientist as far as how I’ve been manipulating their preps -lol)

S

Awesome Stu! It’s easy to see why you did well.
