Stu, I’ve been a peeping Tom on your log since day 1, and I just wanted to thank you for taking the time to share your journey with the rest of us gym junkies. It’s been an extremely interesting and informative read. Just one request for your next upcoming competition: nude pics.

Looking forward to hearing the results… have fun and tear it up!

Looking TIGHT man…goodluck.

I would say good luck, but you don’t need it. You’ll do great!

PS. What is the organization/name of this event and do they have a website?[/quote]

it’s the USBF NJ bodybuilding championships. I think the site is USBF.NET

This pic reminds me of Mike “the situation” from jersey shore lol.

You mentioned above you wear 33in. pants, did you notice an increase in waist size as you gained weight, even when you were the same leanness? I actually wear 32in. pants now but have a 34.5in waist lol…I guess the companies want people to feel thinner. I used to have a 29.5in waist when I was really skinny, I’m wondering if I’ll still have the potential to get around 30in when I’m around 220lb or so

Best of luck today man

Kick some ass man.

You look great. Can’t wait to hear how it goes!

okay, so after dropping my sodium, veggiesa, and ladtly my water… started the week at 177/178 and hit the scales this morning at 173 with better size and thickness than last year.
Due to some ‘shuffling’ of the classes though, light-heavyweight is 166-186 lbs, so I ended up onstage with a couple of big looking dudes. when we walked onstage, I was dead center, and after the first set of turns and mandatories I was put all the way on the end for two more rounds of poses (either a really good sign, or a reakly bad one -lol).

Mike and John both looked great, entering in the novice heavy and their respective open classes. I didn’t see much, except for the video of the lightweights, where I think mike really brought the best combo of size, conditioning and good posing. john looked great from what I saw, but his posing still needs a little work.

right now, everyone else went off to eat (friends n family). mike and I found 2 chairs off to the side of the auditorium and are napping after a few ricr cakes. a few folks have come over to give compliments, but we don’t want to get ahead of ouselves.

oh yeah… i’m typing this on my cel phone with my stubby, dreamtan stained hands, so hope u all appreciate it! -lol

will try to update when I can.

S

We appreciate it!

That’s awesome Stu! We are all pulling for you and you are doing us proud!

Quick update from the phone…

Mike took third in the lightweights. John took third in heavy novice and fifth inthe lightheavies.

I took first in thelightheavies, nailed my posing routine (i’ll get a video up this week), but
lost the overall tothe heavyweight who in most people’s estimation was at least ten lbs overweight
(lotta booing in the auditorium -lol).

Will update more once i’m home.
