Spreadsheet Version of CW's Programs

Great news, T-Peeps. The PDF version of Chad’s programs are now available. And they look beautiful!!! So for any of you that don’t have MS Word or MS Excel, just send me a PM with your email address, and I’ll send you the PDF version which you will at least be able to print up.

I would at this time like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Semchem for taking the innitiative and making the conversions without my asking. It truly is one heckuva community that we are all a part of.

Thank you, Semchem!!!

I received a Delivery Status Notice for 9 different people. If you haven’t received the spreadsheets you requested, would you please check that your emailbox is able to receive file attachments. Sometimes they get full.

Does anybody have a different method of downloading this file. I don’t have Microsoft office and I can’t find a program to get the file from Nate Dogg open. Thanks Cajun

Hey, there, cajunzj. If you don’t have MS Office (Excel or Word), I can send you the programs in a PDF (Adobe Acrobat) format. That way at least you can print it up.

Adobe Acrobat is free. Just do a search on the 'Net and download the program.

Hey People…

I’d really, really like to have these files and if Tampa Terry says it’s OK I’d be more then happy to put them up on a webpage so folks can download them at will. Only if it’s cool with Tampa Terry…

Anyway, I must be one of the folks who’s email is getting returned. If someone has these files and would be willing to email them to me. Please PM me and I’ll send you my email address.

Thanks…

LJ

Hey, there, LJ. I just got caught up (not that it will last (grin)) and sent you a PM. I’ll get the files off to you as soon as I get your email address.

Thank you for your kind offer. Posting the files on a web site is probably the more sensible/efficient approach, but one of the things I’ve enjoyed about creating the spreadsheets is having an idea of who’s using them and what they think. It gives me a chance to spend a few minutes with people.

One of the things that I’ve really enjoyed is seeing all the different countries from which people are writing. It makes me realize that we’re really an international community!

TT - You are truly a T-Saint! Thanks for taking the time out to do this…you are providing a great service to your fellow T-person. Please email me with the formentioned spreadsheets…many thanks. Patch.

Hey Everyone, Hey Tampa Terry…

Tampa Terry and I had a converstaion and let me tell you all how I plan on using this information along with Illuminate’s nutrition spreadsheet.

I have a palm pilot, one of those little hand held computer jobbies. Anyway, that has a version of Excel and Word on it. I told Tampa Terry that I was going to see if these spreadsheets work and they do. They are a bit small, but really not that big of a deal and you can navigate fairly easy.

I’m not a palm representative or anything, I’m just a plain old IT guy would likes electronic gadgets. It’s nice because you can keep all the information together, plus I can play MP3’s on it while I’m at the gym. So instead of keeping a book for food stuff, a workout log and then a CD player, you can put it sorta all in one. Just giving you all a little FYI. The model of palm I have is a Tungsten T2. It has an expandable SD Memory card kinda like what a lot of cameras use, so you can put all kinds of info on there. My palm is about a year old, so I’m sure there’s newer ones out there.

I don’t have one, but I’m sure you could use this on a hand held PC too. One like Dell or HP has that runs Windows CE. They come with versions of Excel and Word too…

Hope this helps… Good luck…

Thanks again Tampa Terry…

LJ

TT,
Thanks much for the files, they are an excellent tool!!! Much appreciated!!!
sjf,

Wow, LJ!!! It’s people like you who make T-Nation the awesome, incredible resource that it is.

Hey, T-Peeps, I don’t know how many of you use a Palm or a handheld, but this would be the way to go. Imagine having a year’s worth of Chad’s workouts on your Palm?!?!

LJ, I’m going to copy your post and email it to Chad Waterbury. This is incredible that you were able to pull it off.

sjf, thank you so much for the kinds words. This really has been a fun project. They did turn out kinda nice, didn’t they. (grin)

Tampa-Terry and Nate Dogg have been an invaluable part of my continued success here on T-Nation.

You two deserve a pay increase!

My immense thanks to both of you!

To the man himself, thanks CW!

Cajun,
You can download the free Openoffice from
http://www.openoffice.org/ Fully, well almost fully compatible with MS Office.

Thanks to both TT & Nate

Thanks, Old Dax . . . and you, too, T-Quinn!!! (grin)

Hey All!

Does anyone have a copy of the spreadsheet that they could send me? (my computer crashed, and I’m left with no copy of my old spreadsheets, just the ones I printed off)

If you have it, PM me, and I’ll give you me email address.

Thanks in advance!!!
