Tuesday P.M.: Took one cap to gauge effect. Bouncing off wals.
Wednesday P.M.: One cap before OL workout. Snatched 5 pounds under my P.R. easy (it’s an old P.R., but still)
Friday P.M.: Two caps before my squat workout. 10-pound squat P.R., not easy, but not maximal effort.
Spike rocks. Unlike caffeine, it doesn’t force you to choose between becoming psychologically aroused and being nervous. It hits you, you think more clearly and more quickly and lift weight more easily, and you decide whether or not you want to work yourself up even further.
I don’t think there’s a crash caused by Spike per se, but I definetely got a big crash after I psyched myself up for that Friday P.R.; Spike made it easier for me to reach a certain level of arousal that resulted in CNS fatigue.

The mood boosting properties have been a great help, and I’ve noticed a more restful sleep too.
This is definitely a product I’m adding to my Biotest ‘buy’ list.
Okay, I’ve been taking two a day for the last three days, today I took only one, and this has been the best response I’ve had to it yet. I just “feel its efeects” a lot more today. This is the 5th day I’ve taken it.
Here’s something interesting I am noticing with the same amount of sleep I am waking up earlier, last 2 days I’ve woken up at 6am. The last time I saw 6am was when I stayed up 24hrs and saw it
