WalMart is where I switched to Body Fortress whey, creatine and glutamine since it’s inexpensive.

I drink it between sets…buy your creatine online in bulk

Weighed in at 190.8 today. Pics don’t show it, but I’m MUCH more vascular then I had been last week. Lower ab veins were popping this morning, gotten a lot of comments this week on vascularity in my shoulders and arms.

Overall good first week with Jake’s training and diet.
