20/15/10 → Drop 3x10

DB Curls RP: Rest Pause, 10 big breathes between sets. Harder then they sound. Slow eccentric, like 2-3 seconds

I feel kind of fat today. Tried to dunk and can barely do it lol.

I’ve never been that high of a leaper, but could dunk decently, but anytime I get heavier I lose it a bit (added around 20 lbs since last Winter). lol. Hopefully doing these sprints, getting stronger, plus losing the weight I will during my cut, I’ll have gained a little on my vert.

I know, random, but just thinking about stuff haha lol.

Lol well I’m 6’2", so I mean dunking isn’t like a crazy feat in itself. lol. Especially seeing as it’s just generic white-boy power slams. Can’t do any cool tricks or anything :frowning:

Today did my 4 hill sprints. Was rough. Thought about eating something before hand, but was a good call on my part not too. Would have tossed cookies likely.

Foam rolled a bit, jogged to the hill (like 5-10 minute jog) while doing some high legs, skips, etc to loosen up. Did the sprints, wanted to die, walked back lol.

The sprints I really like, because:

  1. They suck
  2. Get me outside, which I love
  3. Will help with my tan
  4. Seem to hit my calves and abs hard, which is pretty ideal for Physique.

Abs

Well, I guess taking off 2 weekends ago was enough to make DOMS crazy again. Legs were stupid stiff today, and triceps were EXTREMELY sore, so all the lifts here took a bit of a hit because flexing tris even a bit was tough.

For my main pressing, I feel like doing the 8/6/4 method, I’m kind of doing something wrong. Like by the time I get to my top set of 4, I’m already pretty fatigued. Don’t know if I should lower the weight on previous sets, idk. Maybe I’ll do like 175, 200, 225 next week on Decline or something.

In posing the first thing you think about is foot placement.

Just search bodybuilding posing routines for beginners in youtube. You don’t have to respond to my posts, you got work to do.

Thanks for the posing videos C-Dog. Though, I’m doing Physique, so the posing is much less strenuous then traditional BB’ing. lol

Also, I’ve still been hitting it hard and stuff. Workouts are the same, and if people are just ridiculously interested I can post them again, but right now just been busy and not posting much. Putting all my focus in the gym right now.

Last few days I’ve also been a bit under the weather it seems, maybe ate something that didn’t agree with me, so I’ve ended up having to drink what seems like gallons of water to stay hydrated last few days.

Regardless, will be having updates for ya’ll tomorrow, pics and all that noise.

Yeah, it almost looks worse because my waist actually gets pretty small when lean, but not the hips. Womanly figure for the loss… lol
