Thanks! Actually, people have been commenting on my delts lately. It’s funny, because I’ve been so concerned about my crappy triceps and chest, I haven’t noticed the improvement in my delts.

I appreciate all the support I’ve gotten in here, from everyone! Seriously, thank ya’ll so much.

Filled out your frame considerably dude, when’s the prep starting?

Just so I can relish your anguish at dieting to make mine easier…lol

LOL tomorrow :frowning:

I’m starting back on last weeks macros though, 450/220/80 C/P/F on lifting days, with 350/220/80 on off/cardio days. So not too bad. lol

How aggressive are you going to be in the prep?

Could you specify a bit?

It’s roughly a 16 week prep, and honestly will likely have to be at least low 170’s to look lean.

So there’s those dogs you let off the leash. They’ll run off, enjoy the meadow, mark their territory a few places, maybe even get into a little trouble with another dog, but eventually tire and run back to their owner’s leash.

Then there’s the dog that just runs clear for the hills and doesn’t stop running.

lol@consequences of “hey kev, don’t worry about counting macros or training for a few days…”

You mean 1000g of carbs wasn’t the right way to do it?

How many pounds per week are you trying to lose?

It’ll depend on how I look, but probably 2 lbs a week starting off. I mean 16 weeks x 2 lbs a week = 32 lbs.

I’m 203 (give or take) so 203-32 = 171? Seems somewhere in that territory I suppose.

it’s mostly up to Jake though. I really don’t know how ‘fat’ I am, and just assuming I’m probably fluffier then I think lol

Today was a tough day. My dog died. Relationship problems. I’m just going to binge eat, be ready, because tomorrow starts 16 weeks of intensity.
