Well thank you. I appreciate the support, from you and everyone else.
5-31-13
Leg Curls:
110x20
120x15
130x10 → Drop 3x8, then 30 partials
DB SLDL’s: Such a pump
4x10x85’s
Hack Squats: Wide stance, good depth. Slow eccentric.
2ppsx12
+50x9
3ppsx7
Oly Back Squats: So Leg Press was taken, and I was kind of in a rush. So decided to just see what I could get my BW for in Squats, below parallel. There were a few lockouts near the end, but then straight back down. Not widowmaker style, taking a lot of huge breathes or anything. Was quite tiring and gave me a great quad pump.
195x23
DB Lunges: Anddddd these once again rape
50’sx12,10
Calves
Welp, killed my legs pretty hard. Very tired now. Surprised by the Squats though, because I think if I widowmakered them and really pushed I could hit the mid-30’s, which is decent I feel. But then again Zraw hit 335x20 the other day so still baby weights lol
462x20… then 562x1… then 584x1… then 606x1.
That guy makes 335x20 look like baby weights.
Well done BWx23.
So we’ve got 4 weeks to play with before you are at the 16 weeks out mark. I’d like to ramp up calories as high as possible for you to start your prep so we have as much room as possible to work with. I also do not want to increase cardio. Right now it’s pretty minimal, which is also right where we want to start your prep.
For the next week, let’s go:
P: 260
C: 400
F: 90

Get those cals up
16 weeks will be plenty at his leanness
Work on some back width

RDB. Back looks decently defined considering the lighting. Tried to flex my hammie but it just wasn’t happening lol. Still trying to learn to pose to show my back better, because Jake and others have commented it’s bigger/thicker then I’m showing.

Hoping the 16 weeks will mean I won’t be too miserable through the prep, and lose what little muscle I do have lol.
Back width is such an issue for me. It’s not like chest, where MMC is harder to come by. I FEEL my lats quite well. They just don’t seem to grow well, and also I can’t pose for shit. lol

LOL ya know that’s the most crucial part of a Physique competitor, the glutes.

I remember watching that video and thinking ‘‘fuaaaaaaark…’’
So as ya’ll know, my Quads aren’t horrible, but will inevitably be covered by board shorts in my Physique competition.
So certain BB’ing federations have a male fitness modeling category, where you wear more posing briefs style stuff, and I think that would look WAY better for the way I’m built. Sadly I can’t find any in my area (they seem more popular in Canada lol)
But then again my Google-Fu could suck, so if ya’ll can find something in the KY or Indiana area, let me know!
blaaah, annoyed I can’t see your progress pics!
Looking forward to seeing what changes will happen(if t nations sorts the pics problem) the next 4 weeks before the prep starts, enjoy them!

You should be able to click and see progress pics. At least I can.
So how exactly is physique different than bodybuilding?
Both in terms of judging as well as in terms of training. Other than the board shorts I mean.

Yeah I was going to suggest that, though pictures don’t look much different then last week lol
