does spag have its place in a bulking diet? like ~1h before workout or/and 1h after post workout drink?
its seems to be listed as low/med GI but I keep hearing different stories, like hockey player eat pasta before a game, or football player eat pasta the night before a game (?!)
so whats the final verdict on white or brown pasta ? good or bad for bulking, and when.
I dont know the final verdict but I eat spaghetti with whole grain noodles and lean beef. I think its a very good meal all around and cant be bad for bulking…
how do you feel when you eat that way. i can’t do it, aside from the fact that i am allergic to wheat, i don’t handle carbs well either, but a high fat meal, different story.
if this is a way of getting some much needed carbs in your diet and you enjoy it, give er. if it blunts your performance, pull the plug. on the other hand you might just have your new secret weapon. results will vary.
