Bill, what are your thoughts on a carb cycling diet with this supplement? Mainly with the low carb days. I only get about 60-70g on these days and 90% of them are upon waking from milk and fruit.

Perfectly good to use a carb cycling diet with 11-T.

Just curious b/c I know there was some discussion somewhere on here about carb intake while on 11-T…

It was probably in the context of my saying, if focus is on mass gain, then IMO compared to a mass gain diet without any such support, while not necessary to change diet from an ordinary-case good bulking diet, it is more efficient I think for same calories to derive an increased percentage from carbs and fewer from fats.

But if the intent is more towards losing fat then there would be no particular reason to go that direction, all else being equal.

After my first week:

Up 3.5lbs to 201 (5am weigh-in pre-food intake)

Hit a bench PR (+15lbs)
Hit a Deadlift PR (+2reps)
Hit a shrug PR (+95lbs)
Hit an Overhead Press PR (+5lbs & 3 reps)

I don’t know if I’m “leaner” because I’m not really worried about that, but I’m bulking still…so it’s not a goal right now.

I did up my calories from 4300-4700+ (added some more carbs, protein bar, veggies)

So far so good; I’m just glad I have a girlfriend willing to spray my back at 5am when she doesn’t have to be up till 6:30 lol.

Can I add fina powder to it???

One could do that.

A search should turn up an article that has a method I had for that. I forget how many mg/mL I preferred for Finasol and how much needed to be applied. I think it was 25 mg/mL but it would be best to check the article.
