Be honest with yourself about whether the ābig movementsā are working for you or not.
Plenty of people are afraid to not focus their chest sessions around heavy benching first even if itās been years and the approach has yet to yield any appreciable results.

So can you please advice any effective method or workout for chest which I can do to improve myself?
I found that my own pecs responded best to various cable movements, and low incline and low decline DB work. All the years of heavy flat barbell presses did very little for my chest despite a pretty providing a decent answer to the āwhatchoo bench?ā questions we always get.

Currently as a beginner I am doing push ups like 10 sets. After that I do another 10 sets for butterfly push ups, then I do light weight chest work out. Do you think that this is not good way to do? Or if this is ok then let me know also⦠![]()
