Some Lab Results

Okay, these are little over 6 months old but I would like your interpretations:

TSH 2.48 mlU/L
Free T4 0.8 ng/dL (not a typo - what is a ng vs mg?)
Cholest 160 mg/dL
Trig 138 mg/dL
HDL 42 mg/dL
LDL 90 mg/dL

My BUN score is 25 which I think is high - due to weight training and protein.

I am 5’8" and 38 y/o and now at 170. Up from 140 - 1.5 yrs ago and down from 190 about 4 yrs ago. The 190 weight was not a very pretty sight.

I dropped 50 pounds over a period of two years and became skinny (no meat on them bones) - although never saw my abs. About 2 years ago I started eating better and lifting weights. I have for the most part maintained the waist size from 140, maybe up an inch.

My hip to waist ratio is a 0.8 which is less than the 0.9 recommended. Probably too much background info, but thought it might be germane to some questions.

My question is the T4 too low for my age and fitness? If so am I at a range where supplements my be in order? There was no E2 given.
