Some Insight with a Client that is Crushing it Right Now

sorry for your bad taste.

So “8 - 12 - 8” is better stated as “6 - 8 - 6 upper and 10 - 12 -10 lower”. Got it. Thanks. But don’t complicate it any more for me please

Watchman had a big impact on me as a kid. “Battle yea not with monsters, lest yea become one”…That ship in the harbor after your man goes nuts on his own family…

“What have you got, ya little runt?” “My perspective…your fingers…”

Always been a Batman myself. I like the angle of a man just pounding away at the dirt, fighting a battle he knows he’ll never win.

Every time you hate on Batman, a kitten dies. I hope you’re happy.

At least someone here is getting into heaven

Well one of the main things with with that template is to get the barbell off your back so prob best only do those split squats also in that article and then just loads of rehab moves /foam rolling etc to get your injury sorted. Maybe one leg, leg presses if really feel like it.

Also check out Joel Seedman’s articles here and his instagram -has loads of snazzy one leg moves

@theBird Have a read through an article on TNation called “An unnamed Single leg gem of an exercise”. I believe it is one of the safest and most effective ways to put the biggest loads though your legs.

LOL and I consider Captain America is the worst hero for me.
Every guy on “juicy” could be hero but of course he’s brave, ok I admit that.
But Batman, Tony Stark etc are real heroes for me. Inteligent, only with their tools they made themselves or invited.

What Cap has you can’t buy. And that was his ability to lead and not waiver on his integrity regardless of the situation in front of him. Which is WHY he was the leader of the Avengers. Because he had a strong moral compass that couldn’t be offset by anything else, and a strong sense of self sacrifice for the greater good.

Tony I love, but Batman sucks ass.

I’m actually in agreement on this, but it’s kinda funny since the characters are essentially built from the same foundation, the whole ‘billionaire buys tech-things and suits and stuff and fights bad guys with them, and also joins a team of guys with real power’.

I think it’s because Iron Man’s gadgets make him do more superhero-like things. Flying, being super durable and strong, blasting dudes. That stuff is more appealing than… idk, whatever the fuck batman does.

I’ve also been on team Marvel forever. So there’s that.

Also because Tony seems to at least understand that you gotta kill the bad guys so they don’t keep running out killing innocent people.

Tony rebuilds old cars and makes weapons in his living room while listening to rock and drinking whiskey, and occasionally flys across the globe to kill baddies… So much there to relate to…

Daredevil is marvel’s batman but daredevil is way better and is actually a superhero. Still makes no sense why hes still blind in the marvel universe since some hero or technologist could fix this.

You could argue that blindness is the source of his powers and his distinctive trait.
Same with Batman, he could easly built for himself some undestructable iron suit of armor with cannons and jet engine but then he won’t be Batman.

Batman did in dar knight returns for his fight against superman :grinning:

I know, and on other rare ocations, but still they are exceptions. Over the years, Daredevil has actually regained his sight a few times

Also, Moon Knight is marvel’s Batman, the one that Paul would like better since he have nothing against killing

Supposedly they’re doing a series on the Disney streaming service for him. I enjoy seeing the less known hero’s get some attention.

I hope they do justice to his…complicated psychic condition.
Deadpool on screen was pretty great but I missed his “inner dialog” from comics. Likewise, Moon Knight is hardcore character on paper, I hope Disney won’t fuck it upp by smoothing him for “broader audience”, making less complicated

The way I understand it they will be putting their G-PG-13 MCU on Disney app and have Hulu for their “darker” content. We will see where he lands lol
