Some Info About My Father and I's Up and Coming Fitness Business

When you get some content, give us a link.

I’d check out a ewe tube or IG video that taught me something.

420 Fitness would have been more appropriate.

Lol, if we were basing it off my college years yeah it definitely would have been! 325 Fitness comes from the theory that all you need is 3 days, 25 minutes each to reach your peak. Intensity intensity intensity, and more rest.

Shiiiit bro, That’s all you had to Say!

Ewe Tube, lol. I don’t like most youtubers either, very narcissistic and usually nothing to offer but either terrible advice or them making fools of themselves. Some though offer quality advice and that’s our aim. Don’t want to put knowledge like that to waste. I actually feel bad at this point that I went against something T Nation does because Bossa was a huge influence on me dialing in my T.

To me, this seems like a business that needs to be built slowly. You need to get results for others, and show value. I would suggest you start modestly (ie don’t give up day jobs yet). I’m not saying you won’t be successful, but you have competition with other established coaches in bodybuilding and powerlifting. Know your competition. Some of them post on this site.

My point is that if I’m going to pay out for expertise, why would I choose you over someone like John Meadows, RPS, or the coaches on this site? All have proven results. You need to establish this, and it is going to take awhile. You will likely succeed if your product is good.

Many coaches start out giving their clients much more than they pay for (charging much less than established coaches). They then get word of mouth business.

We are aware of the competition all over the internet and it definitely is a competitive one man. Btw man thank you for all your replies to me on testosterone, you gave great insight. But yeah no doubt about it there are a lot out there with a lot to compete with. We do have proven results, many, and those will be showcased once up and running. I was trying to get the name out there ahead of time and I did it in the wrong place. We have a different vibe than a lot of those people. Ours is more parallel with someone like V-Shred. We have put a lot of money in to advertisements and such, and are even paying thousands so that if you search key words regarding fitness on Google our name will pop up. It’s more of an all around fitness approach to any man or woman of any age and not just guys looking to get jacked. I made a mistake posting in the bodybuilding section of this forum and probably didn’t need to advertise it elsewhere at all as that is being payed for. I want this taken down because I don’t want to disrespect the forum that has helped me so much with my T.

Been posting a lot. Bored in shutdown. I wish you luck. I’m someone who wants everyone to be successful in their ventures. I hire a powerlifting coach, and think it is worth while. Hopefully, more people start emphasizing fitness in their lives. IMO, many people are too cheap when it comes to food and fitness.

That and I’m just a very open and social person lol, haven’t been the same since separated from my fraternity brothers. Working on it every day.

I meant I’ve been posting a lot.

This forum seems to have some insightful posters, so you are in a good spot. I feel the pharma section here is the most reasonable and knowledgeable place I’ve been to on the internet for that type of knowledge. We don’t have many shooting grams a week, but that’s a good thing for most people IMO.

100%. Within 3 weeks this forum helped me get to a better place with my hormones. Just 3 weeks ago I was crashed on estrogen feeling like garbage with joints popping, absolutely no energy, honestly felt like I couldn’t function. The great advice from guys like Dexter Morgan, you and the others put me in the right place and I have had better hormonal balance than ever in the last 8 weeks. My fun girl who is not my girlfriend got pissed at me yesterday because I wanted to fuck like 7x lol!

Isn’t V-Shred kind of an idiot though?

Some of his videos on exercises and what they do are a lot like Eric Zoolander trying to get the information out of the computer.
I mean, he even has his own autocomplete for V Shred _____ and it fills idiot automatically.

I could go on, but really, to what end?

V shred is the kardashian of fitness. I don’t know him beyond hearing a few things he’s said about dieting and lifting. But that’s enough. I find it hard to believe he believes what he sells and isn’t just marketing to stupid ppl.

Yeah.

If I wanted to be a fitness personality I would not equate myself to him.

Good for you. Work on focusing the youtube around your marketing strategy. Don’t get lost in the creation of endless long ass videos you’ll never see a dime of revenue for. Undoubtedly something I hope to bring some balance to but i digress. Last, I don’t mean to rain on your parade bro but there are 1001 fitness brands. It’s the most saturated market you could enter and if you’re going to try and tackle it you have to have an edge. That something that makes you stand out, sets you apart from the rest and gives people a reason to consider.

What’s your Dad’s name? I’m closing on 50 myself and know a hell of a lot of people in the Natural community (Still judging contests when not quarantined).

You’re on your second steroid cycle while being trained by a supposedly highly qualified coach and you don’t look great yet? Doesn’t bode well, my man, for your future or for your coach’s capabilities.

Seems like your use would be pretty antithetical to him, even if it’s for a “business decision”.

Ha. Just… ha.

Those thousands would’ve been much better spent on training/nutrition education, training seminars, sessions with other trainers, and actually turning you into better coaches instead of simply pulling in clients. A huge mistake of the current online fitness industry is thinking that attention is more important than skill.

Long story short (too late), self-promotion stuff doesn’t fly here. I kinda-sorta get what you were hoping for, but in terms of first impressions, this isn’t a great way to introduce yourself to the fitness world.

It took all of four posts before you called someone a dick. Two posts later, you’re whipping out accusations about someone’s physique and calling them a prick. You’re acting childish, immature, not to mention professionally irresponsible. If you can’t handle a teeny tiny smidgen of criticism, you have zero chance of making it as a new business - and I mean business in general, not to mention the criticism you’ll get as a wannabe online fitness personality.
