I do want to gain more mass, don’t get me wrong. But thats the long term goal. I’m afraid I may have a bit of loose skin if I cut at my current size.

Then focus on building muscle… and dont get wrapped up in the bulk and cut mentality at this point.

No, you’re overestimating how much muscle that guy in the picture has. He doesn’t have much at all, and for being REALLY LEAN his abs are SUPER underdeveloped. Really, that’s not a particularly impressive picture.

What lifts are in your 3 day full body routine?

If your goal is to look a certain way, you could think about doing work to build up specific showey areas. Like maybe the blonde dude has bigger lats than you, so you should get after some chin ups and pulldowns.

Genuine loose skin is only when you’ve been properly fat, like sloppy 260 or more. ie Nothing to worry about.

I second this. You’re young enough to have nothing to worry about with regards to loose skin.

I mostly use dumbbells and kettlebells. But one per week I’ll do bench, deadlift, squats. I also like to do a day of body weight training.

no, I just think your goal physique isn’t very impressive, lol. that guy has very little muscle mass. I would think most people who work out at all are carrying at least that much muscle, they just carry a lot more fat with it.

How much fat do you think I need to drop?

Prolly barely anything. I think you’re almost at your goal look

People always have to cut more than they think, dude. Could be up to 15-20 lbs even, but most importantly, OP just needs to keep dropping weight til the mirror shows what he wants.
