Went to my old gym today. Saw a lot of old faces. Guys who helped me get started.

For a while I felt like the skinny ass dude I was back then, but between the mirror and their compliments I realized how far I’d come.

Holy crap!

Besides that, had a great workout. I think I’ll be doing dumbbell rows instead of barbell rows from now on.

Feel the contraction a lot more in my midback and don’t have to worry about my lower back stabilizing the weight. Plus I’m able to use more weight and we all know more weights=more dates.
