I envy you being able to do all that pressing without your elbows screaming. Mine would be long gone after the flat bench and i would only be able to add some light triceps work with bands or something

I wear heavy tight elbow sleeves on both arms now and I’m taking two different joint formulas multiple times a day, every day =/

how is wrestling training going? it would be cool to see some detailed information about your training.

Lots of drills, lots of getting hit, lots of falling down… get back up again and do it over =)

Haha almost the same here. I’ve got 4 months til my preliminary matches and have to make weight, while increasing strength.

I’m ready. In the meantime, these last 2 weeks I’m going to push all my 1rm’s.

Lets do this.

wish you luck man. 4 months is plenty of time to make a safe cut, no rushing and with at least none muscle loss.
