Congrates on the squat work. There is certainly a learning curve with them. I’m kind of going thru the same thing with clings. Your workouts are looking good and strong. Keep putting in the hard work.
I’ve got my boy home with me now and have had several good workouts with him. Your boy had a pretty good excuse to blow off the old man and training, i mean, how many time do you turn 14!
