AH!
well I learned something new today lol.
I knew the moves but not the name.
Nice tat!
Nice ink! I must be one of the few on here who doesn’t have any tatts, and it’s not because I don’t like 'em - just that I’ve never known what to get. Anyway, get more photos when you get it coloured.
Yes, the ink is beautiful. I have to put some money aside to get my dream tat finished. Maybe I’ll get some work done next month.
Sweet outline, can’t wait until it’s colored in. Are you planning on getting any “filler” work done in and around the “main” pieces?
TATTOOS FTW!
Back from DC…daughter had her first follow up appt…clean bill of health and she can go back to school tomorrow…WOOOT!!!
Can’t wait to get a decent workout and just zoooone.
Yes, Ink…filler stuff is what I meant above. Something kinda like this…

Awesome!
Congrats on the new ink! Looks beautiful! Awesome news about Julia! Glad she’s recovering as expected! If she takes after you in any way, she’s a tough little girl and this will just be a blip in her childhood.
huge hugs

new pretty tattoos do wonders! i can’t wait to see it finished :D!
Got my first workout in without kids buzzing around me…it was nice.
I’ve eaten a lotta crap over the last two weeks…but my cloths still fit! Probably because overall calories for the day were still low. But it makes me feel better that I can still get into the shape I want, and not be so super duper strict in maintainence land, as long as I keep up the training and not go overboard with the free meals…
I was on a roll between sept-nov…then the holidays hit, etc…at least I’ve maintained.
oh, and two weeks smoke freeee…
Mim: So glad to read your daughter is able to get back to school! That’s awesome. And congrats on the no smoking. Keep it up!
I can’t believe your girl can go back to school already. Wow!
Good news on that, and the weight, and the no smoking. Just watch the eats - I put a crapton of weight on when I quit.
Congrats on all the good health news, and the two weeks no smoking, and the beautiful new ink. Good things all around!
You must be breathing a giant sigh of relief now that things are back to “normal” with your kiddos. What a roller coaster ride that was!
yep, really happy and grateful about my girl. 4-5 months ago I wouldn’t have believer any of this was about to happen…and we’ve already been through it all…kinda seems like a dream now it happened so fast. Hopefully its really over…but there are other areas that have been compromised they are keeping an eye on, she still has to be tested for any other syndromes, and of course she will always have to be followed by a cardiologist…but at least the main issue was fixed. I think a kid in MI fell out due to something like this. No one saw it coming…
Cal- do you think you ate more when you quit?
Actually I’m feeling kinda anxious, and I remembered that I didn’t put a patch on today!!
Today was bw leg day…
I can do king deadlifts and speed skate thingies!!! All of those types of movements used to really REALLY hurt my knees…
I eventually wanna try it like this guy:
