By the way, I can tell that you are actually going down all the way with your Chins by the soreness you apparently have. Cheaters do not get as sore!
One more technique for growth: when you are not getting as sore as you used to (I know you don’t have to get sore to grow-but it feels soooo good), on the next to last rep on each set hang for a :5 count before completing your final rep.
When you hang all the way down this disengages the Lat muscles. Then when you begin to Pull-up again you have to re-engage and that’s the part that will make you more sore the next day. I am experiementing with 20 rep :3 holds right now and they are killers!
