been wondering how much sodium is the recomended amount for the average person , i pack two sandwhiches for school and noticed that in these two sandwhiches alone im getting 4,080 millgrams of sodium … on top of that i have no clue how much soduim i am getting in my other 4 meals …

I think I read somewhere that one teaspoon is all the sodium an adult male should get in a day.
