My original intent was to clarify that not everyone needs to take “steriods” in order to “get big.” Eventually this turned into a debate over Prohormones and Steriods. Prohormones are not classified as Steriods, so even if the effects are similar to steriods they’re not, sorry Diana Bolann. A in my book, someone who is natural, does not take illegal substances. Prohormones are not illegal and if it brought him back to how he looked " I only gained like 4 pounds in the month I took them… it was mostly just to bring me back up to where I had been previously before I left for college," then there’s no big deal. On further note, Pwrbarboy, you physique is awesome. I apologize that your thread turned into a large debate over steriods and prohormones.

just want to clarify for people. if you take any supplement at all, that makes you unnatural. you are putting chemicals into your body, period. Even if they are not steroids, you are still receiving assistance.

Oddly enough, I have not taken any type of supplement since may and my body has never looked better along with the fact that my lifts are going up with no plateau.

There really is no debate. If you look at the structure of the molecule of the active ingredient in most PH’s, it is technically a steroid.

According to the FDA Prohormones are not steriods. I don’t care what there structural makeup is they are not steriods, except according to you.

So yes, technically ph’s are steroids… great! I told you all what I took, so why is this such an issue?
I don’t think it really matters if people think ph’s are “actual steroids” or not. All that matters is that I couldn’t test into a natural show right now, and I know that… I chose to take those products knowing that I would test positive, I honestly DGAF. I know that if I compete I wouldn’t want to do natty shows, so it doesn’t really matter IMO.

Haha, Im done arguing, I apologize for hijacking your thread for a while. I guess it’s those high test levels tht make it so easy for me to look for an argument, and in the real world fights. Your physique is awesome,not many flaws. Your front double bi showed a very solid and dense physique. i would try to thicken out he lower back by getting your d.l. up as stated by Uber and a few others. Chill dude, it’s not an issue. I was merely correcting an erroneous statement made by another poster. It wasn’t meant as a personal attack on you.

Yup, just normal crunches/sit-ups. To me, if you work the rest of your body hard enough, a whole lot of ab-work isn’t really necessary. I used to do less reps and do them weighted, but my abs started losing deffinition and gaining size… and for abs, that’s not what you want at all.

Don’t worry, it’s cool… sorry if my last comment seemed overboard…

I was able to buy into the “pro horomones” b4 I saw the before and after pics. I do not believe the “natural” bit. But whatever, I’m tired of whining about steroids. Great job Im sure it was due to hard work.

I just not too long ago brought this up how guys at school always say a person is on steroids because their bigger than normal. I bet the “you used to be skinny” conversation comes up a lot because it surely does about me and after a while it gets annoying.

I’m glad we could all have that little debate over what is and is not a steroid instead of saying Good Fucking Job to a kid that is putting me to shame while being 40lbs lighter than me. Wish I was as educated as you at your age. 'grats kid.

Thanks dude… it is alot of work.
And I used to be decently athletic, but I never played sports in high school… I was just really into skateboarding for most of my teen years, and I guess I got pretty decent at it… I still pick it up every now and then, but gaining close to 70 lbs. isn’t really good for skateing lol.

And about the legs…
I nomally start with a squats or front squats, then I’ll do leg presses, lunges, hack-squats or one-legged leg presses, extensions, and ham curls… it changes all the time though.
