The only thing I really hate about winter is going outside at 5:15 AM to start warming up my car before I leave for work.
Or maybe I just hate mornings.

Summer never got here in the first place… It’s been 20°C or less here all summer, except for a couple days where it was insanely hot. It’s usually around 35°C around here just after winter, in the beginning of spring. And after that it just cools down again…
Great weather for a polar bear like me…

Yeah true
OK so maybe we don’t have it so bad!

I guess the winter blues has a lot to do with lack of sunlight exposure.
It’s interesting when the weather warms up watching everyone come alive and then how MISERABLE people get when it cools back down.
yea the sunlight plays a huge factor in mood.
i think its sweden that has the highest suicide rate due to how gray it is.
winter here sucks too, not just for the temperatures but for the fact its gray day after day after day.
i really dont like it here for that reason. once in a while its cool cause you just want a day to stay in and you can focus on studying since there isnt some pool party going on but it really takes a toll on you after a while. i think its part of the reason why Boston is so notorious for being made up of assholes. cause even when we “go out” its to someone elses house. …talk about cabin fever.
Still hot as balls in FL.

I’m with you on this one Wayland… Outside of scantily clad women, Summer sucks.
I’ll take Spring and Fall in a heartbeat.
Otep,
I was in San Antonio last week; 105 degrees in the shade. I honestly do not know how people live in that shit. Brutal.
hooray for -30 C, but that’s not till Jan/Feb. It might be a warm winter for the most part.
hey live, do you say the word wicked before every adjective, being from mass and all?
Living on Long Island this time of year pays serious dividends. This is why I come home from school for the summer, I can’t imagine being anywhere else, the weather is always perfect.

It’s summer?
In my little burg near SF, we rarely see sun or have weather per se. Foggy or overcast pretty much year round. Wind sometimes.
We got some blue sky once.
People are still talking about it.
You should like…move or something
Michigan is okay… April through October. I can start to feel football in the air. I hate it when late summer sets in.
Colorado is still nice and warm, but will start to cool off soon… lucky for me I will be busting my ass in bootcamp the next three months in sunny southern California ![]()
Yep. It’s 49 degrees outside right now, the coldest it’s been since May, and it’ll be 90 degrees by mid-day tomorrow. That generally signals 4-6 weeks before it’s permanently cool out, and then the snow comes a few weeks later.
