So Mr. X Goes To The Gym

Good vids and good, strict form. For a max bench I’d say more arch with legs a little farther back (careful on knee). For bodybuilding I’d say fine.[/quote]

Also, a PL’er on another site suggested I move the bar ‘lower’ so it came down more above the sternum (slightly lower than nipple line) and this would also help to bring the elbows in and not be quite so flared out.

So, time to drop weight and rework my form/technique since my goal (someday) is to be training more PL/Strongman. (First I just have to get strong! LOL!)

Yeah, speaking of Strongman… BUT he is there… and that’s more than I can say about a lot of the guys I work with.

Keep on Rockin’ Buddy!

Yeah, I’ve been MIA… Started back to work, busy at home on some projects I need to finish, and I feel like I have bad ‘tennis-elbow’ in left arm for the last month or so. Has gotten to the point where I can’t grip, lift, pull, push, etc… sumbich hurts bad and I am pissed! Get healed from one problem and a new one pops up. I’m really hating this age thing. Got some Supercissus RX coming… from testimony sounds like it might help, between that and the Flameout, maybe I can beat this one too.
Anyhow, keep rockin’ boys…
