You are dipping way too long. I myself have a pretty long deep but its kolecky-deep, not tights-almost-parallel. Can’t really tell in the video but remember to stay in the heels. And what most important get your head through! Think of stompoing the floor with your front foot. Again watch kolecky and the position of the head in the catch.
Kolecky is an amazing lifter to study, specially for us with longer limbs. The fucker set a world record in the clean and jerk with some long ass arms.

what i’d do is tighten up your abs and abduct your knees when you catch… it’ll help prevent your feet from moving so much.
hips too low at the start and too much arm in pull. try some pulls to the knee ie 2 pulls to the knee then 1 lift. the arms should be loose, elbows turned out. get the positions/movements and the speed will come (to a degree)
