What the horndog said… Happy Birthday.

Happy Birthday young lady!

Good luck on the bench!

Happy Birthday and best of luck on the bench.

HEY! Well, actually, I suppose there is some truth there.

Anywho, it took me a couple of months to get straight with sumo. I just think of them as a wide-stance high squat with hips through and a back extension at the end. They were a big help in teaching me to drive with my legs first so now that I’m back to conventional I am not a low-back lifter anymore.

Happy Birthday! Good luck on bench. Just be careful.

Happy birthday. Eat some cake and ice cream for me please. Have a fun hockey weekend.

Deadlifting 145 would be .55 x my bodyweight.

Bonne Fete!
with all the good stuff that comes with. I hope I have at least half your attitude at 45. that would rock.

Nice training, and seeing as you like my avatar so much… Happy Birthday!

Happy birthday and make it a good one.

Happy Birthday Snap! Hope you played easy with that bar today

That was funny.

I think your surgeon likes you.
x2 He’s sweet on you.

My doc just tells me I’m an idiot.
No shit…same here, saw my surgeon like three times post surgery. I guess he expects he’ll be seeing me again in a couple years anyway. Great work snap! And HAPPY BIRTHDAY

Happy birthday, Snap! Gonna be a great year!

Happy Birthday! You’ve finally caught up to me.

I’m so happy to see you at 145 on your deadlift. That lift is coming right on back for you. NICE!

Hefty Bird Date, Snapper. May the years never touch you.

Happy Happy, young whipperSnapper.

Thank you for the nice sentiments.

True to my word, I went to the gym to press the bar this morning.

10/45
8/50
3/8/55 (half my bodyweight)

It was a bit scary. But everything worked pain-free.

Then I did a bunch of other cuff stuff, bis, tris. You get the drift.

Then I came home from the gym in a mighty fine mood and parked the standard transmission car in gear with the safety break on. However, it wasn’t fully deployed. You can guess where I’m going with this. Said car is now undriveable.

Ahh well. Such is life.

well, happy birthday. Same question I ask my wife regularly: why do you have a standard transmission?

Anyway, good work on getting under the bar again.

Sorry about that.

That is something I’ve wondered if I’ll go back to when the kids have all moved out, a standard transmission.

Sorry about the car. I’m not sure how this happens. I never took my car out of gear when I parked it. I also never used the safety after it locked up.

You may feel a tad better about your car when you read about what happened to mine today.

Nice pressing though.

Sorry about that.
