Snap a Pic of Your Plate

This is what my plates looked like for almost every dinner, except with beef steaks… mmmmm
Yeah meals like this are tasty. I often vary the food I eat. I will often get large amounts of meat, freeze it until needed then cook around 3 or 4 meals worth. For example I may grill 12 pork steaks for the next few days or beef steaks, then serve with veg. I add rice or pasta depending on the volume of training I do that day. For example I will add a lot of carbs if I am doing 60 minutes rowing and a weight session in a day, some days I end up doing over 20k rowing. In order to get the required calories for this volume of training it helps to be able to eat good.

Does a pic of my grill count.

Steak sitting on the plate, 2 pork tenderloins, sirloin burgers with basil hot sauce and dales sauce, chicken breasts, and a basket of veggies from the garden.

someone left some stuff after a bbq… so breakfast is served!

and dinner… ground beef, maize, canned tomatoes, broccoli and some avocado in under there somewhere

Looked so good I had to try it, except why cut it in half? Why not just use a full burger for each side…then have two of that. = 4 burgers in total
that would be good with a fried egg on there… mmmmmm

IT IS STILL SCRUMPTIOUS, Bitchface. This is one of my favorite meals, and the peas are like every other ingredient in it, perfect! Without them, the dish would taste as if something missing.

I’m just going to search for my future hubby here, who can cook this delish stuff for me.
Kers had me at cornbread.
Akuma had me at cayenne pepper.

True, you’re spicy enough without the cayenne.
