True, you’re spicy enough without the cayenne.

Are you doing a V-diet type diet?

yea but just this week since on monday im going to start a new workout routine and carb cycling… doing this for a week usually helps me get my cravings under control and prepares me for what lies ahead i guess. one solid meal a day tho

I’m damned sure going to have to eat a couple of those inside out burgers. Here’s one of my favorite breakfast meals. Scrambled egg whites, with fruit on top. It’s usually strawberries and banana, sometimes to include blueberries, and this morning instead of blueberries, chopped apple. I think I came up with this when I bought into the P+C/P+F thing. Now, I eat it because I like it. The other one is a couple eggs over easy on top of a bowl of chili and beans. Nothing like the fat in the egg yolk to help transport the flavors from the chili.

That plate looks really good RockCrusher, I will have to try that.

Good call at naming yourself after a transmission.

Todays lunch post leg workout meal (had a shake and orange at the gym): 10 oz. Mock Tenderloin steak, Mashed Cauliflower (cream cheese, almond milk, parmesan cheese flakes) and steamed broccoli topped with basil pesto

Favorite snack: Pork rinds (18 g pro, 9 g fat per serving)

not to hate on your favorite snack but doesn’t the protein not count or something…“not a good source of protein” it will say on the label or something

There’s not even a plate there, read the title of the thread, and stop posting random snack pictures. Try cooking a meal, than post that.

Westcoast: That was only one snack I posted. Did you not see my plate of roast beef and yucca?

A lot of the protein in it is collagen, not the best source of protein. It’s actually a pretty shabby source, but will make little to no impact because the rest of my 4 to 5 meals are all high quality - egg whites, eggs, chicken, tuna, protein powder, Greek yogurt, salmon, etc.

What are you getting so pissed off about? Should you really dictate what the guy can, or can’t post in this thread?

I didn’t see any rules for what constitutes a proper picture - maybe I missed it.

Sky: That’s what I thought. I mean, would it have been better if I laid out my pork rinds on a plate? The title says “snap a pic of your plate”. It doesn’t say, “snap a pic of a MEAL, not a snack”.

Don’t fitness buffs eat snacks? I’m confused.
