The only thing about Sriacha is it’s on the hotter side compared to Frank’s… I have the spice tolerance however, i just worry using tons of it day in and day out will have an effect on my stomach.

1/2C (dry) steel cut oats
1 asian pear chopped
1T brown sugar
with cinnamon to top it off, 4 caps of Flameout, and a 50g whey isolate shake to wash it down with.

Next up: natty PB + oats + banana slices. I’ll let you all know if its as amazing as it sounds

I’ve thought about this as well 'cause I put all kinds of hot sauce on just aout everything. I seriously doubt rooster sauce would cause ulcers or anything similar. Now, if you’re using Dave’s Insanity Sauce regularly you might have a problem…

This is turning into one of my favorite threads. MORE PICTURES!

spades: do you mix the pb into the oats? or glob it on like whipped cream?

Thought I would throw on one more… Grilled Chicken thighs, 1.5 tbsp fat free cream cheese, lettuce, onion and hot sauce.

Reverse burger.

Tomato, avocado, lettuce, cheddar, pepper, wee bit 'o mayo, Frank’s Hot Sauce, stuffed into a sliced hamburger patty. I’ve ditched grains for good, but still like stuffing hamburgers into my face.

I just ate and your brilliance has made my stomach growl. Sure beats chicken breasts and rice.

6 oz. Steak
1/4c Pepperjack Cheese
3 eggs
1/2c Peppers/Onions
1/2 Avocado

Mmmmm =)

What I like to eat sometimes before a workout, seeing as I frontload my ass off.

It’s my interpretation of the healthy Qdoba / Chipotle burrito (depending on your location.)

1 whole wheat tortilla
1/2 cup brown rice
1/4 cup diced tomatos
1/4 cup black beans
lettuce
1/4-1/2 cup shredded cheese

aaaaannnnddddd however much chicken I see fit.
