Is that even legal? I feel like if someone did this in the US, you’d be wacked immediately.
Also, some of these meals seem quite small!?
Especially that gregron guy's plate. Only 2 tacos? What a biiiiiiiiiitch.
HEY! I could only fit two tacos on the plate... but I had 6 of them. which was 4 mahi fillets and two avocados you bastard!
Hahahaha! FWIW those tacos do look damn tasty.

Postworkout meal:12 eggs 3 pieces of cheese, 2 pieces of toast, 4 tblspoons of peanut butter, and a glass of sweet tea. I eat this everyday, 30 mins after a workout
Surprised no one commented on this. Is that whole eggs or egg whites? If whole that meal has to be near 2,500 calories.
What’s wrong with that? The guy’s profile states he’s 6’3 165lbs. And there’s nothing stated of how he’s eating the rest of the day.
Yea, it’s whole eggs. And actually I’ve worked my way up too around 215 right now, staying pretty lean the whole way through… And right now I’m eating AT LEAST 4300 calories a day right now, usually a good deal more…
You only getting in 3 meals a day? Your other meals must look like baby meals in comparison, haha.

Well actually I get in about 4. lol. I try to make them calorically dense though, because I’m usually pressed for time.
6 jumbo egg omelet with onions, mushrooms, red, orange, yellow and green bell peppers and 1/3 package of hashbrowns, smothered in Franks Red Hot. Booyah.

I dont have any idea? I havent broken down the macros at all lately I just eat as much as I can every day… I should write it all down one day just to see where I’m at?
I forgot to take a pic of my lunch today but it was awesome! Meet my girlfriend at whole foods and hit up their buffet. Had a big plate of brown rice with 2 big slices of turkey meatloaf on top. Then put this turkey/roasted veggies spaghetti sauce on top. when they weighed it for the price it was almost 2 lbs lol

Was at the grocery store the other day and saw like 10 different kinds of Franks sauce. Almost out of old faithful so gonna pick up one reg and one new and try it out. Some of 'em looked pretty killer.

Test out Sriracha (Cock Sauce, B/C of the Rooster on the bottle) and Chalula if you haven’t already. Srirach is by far my favorite though.

Dude, I’ve been using rooster sauce for years. Chalula’s way more flavorful than tabasco, rooster sauce has that chili paste kick with an awesome flavor but lately I’ve been on a Franks kick. That shit is awesome. None of those are “hot”, but they all have awesome flavors.

how long does this take you to make? im impatient so i just cook 6 eggs and smother with cheese / sauce
damn, did you eat all that whole wheat pasta at once?
rooster is sriracha. its good and even better paired with mustard. cholula is really good, never tried franks red hot though.

Man meal right there. Looks like a zombie head/brain.
Haha, tastes awesome though. Good servings of chicken and doner too which goes so well with the sauce. Other than me I only know a few people who can acutally finish them in one go. Most people stop around halfway.

Probably no more than 20 minutes from start to finish. I know rooster sauce is sriracha, I just like the name ‘rooster sauce’ better, haha. You gotta try Franks man. It’s good on literally everything.
