Snap a Pic of Your Plate

Mixed greens salad w/ Stubb’s marinated top round and homemade italian herb balsamic vinaigrette. I can never find an acceptable salad dressing so I started making my own.

For some reason your new avatar makes me crack up every time I see it, I cannot take you seriously with that picture.
It’s alright if my face makes you laugh. I guess that’s good.
I think it’s just that it looks like a Zoolander expression.

Try and show that some of us newbs are really are eating right…

Postworkout meal:12 eggs 3 pieces of cheese, 2 pieces of toast, 4 tblspoons of peanut butter, and a glass of sweet tea. I eat this everyday, 30 mins after a workout
Surprised no one commented on this. Is that whole eggs or egg whites? If whole that meal has to be near 2,500 calories.

What’s wrong with that? The guy’s profile states he’s 6’3 165lbs. And there’s nothing stated of how he’s eating the rest of the day.

Nothing at all. I was just impressed at the amount. That is a shit ton of fairly heavy food. If he really is doing that every day he won’t be 165 for long, haha.

I still can’t believe that Canadians eat horses. The Mounties seem like a messed up joke now.

Is that even legal? I feel like if someone did this in the US, you’d be wacked immediately.

Also, some of these meals seem quite small!?
Are those beets also or what’s the red stuff?

Yep, beets. The red stuff is either the babies blood I use as ketchup, or beetrot juice.

Yea, it’s whole eggs. And actually I’ve worked my way up too around 215 right now, staying pretty lean the whole way through… And right now I’m eating AT LEAST 4300 calories a day right now, usually a good deal more…
