Never understood the whole shot of oil thing for calories.
I’d rather just cook something in the pan with loads of oil or douse a salad with an oil and vinegar mixture.

I ate 2700 cals the other night and was STUFFED. makes it easy to get in some extra calories, and it helps when you’re trying to keep carbs low while cals up
I should say “the other day” , not as in a nightly meal
5 pieces ezekiel
pumpkin pancake
250g potato
1 cup carrots, 1 medium onion, 1 medium pepper
1 slice american cheeese
8 oz chicken
Macros: 1350 calories
Carbs: 183g
Protein: 127g
Fat: 11.5g
Mornin’
4 whole eggs and bunch of egg whites cooked in a tbsp of coconut oil.
Some Russet potatoes and double bagged green tea on the side. I throw one bag into the boiling water and keep one in the mug.
They work the grill outside in front of the restaurant all year round.
Oh and it’s open 24/7.
Too impatient to take a shot of my plate, but here’s the grill.
Amazing stuff, especially if you avoid gluten like I do.

Yeah… well the meat is actually dripping in fat and potatoes are made in a sauce.
It’s deceptively high in cals.
Egg, steak, and potato scramble with cheese.
Was my PWO meal for the day.
According to FitDay:
Calories: 1,140
Fat: 53g
Carbs: 60g
Protein: 99g
Macros…roughly 920 cals, 98g pro, 0 CHO, 50 grams fat.
I have gone for a leangains approach (Ill actually fast for for 22 hours or more sometimes, no biggie)
In the last week, Ive added a anabolic diet approach to it, hence the high fat PW.
In the last week I have not experienced any strength loss, or flatness in the muscles. I have lost 3 lbs (most likely water weight) and have become much less bloated.

10 eggs = 700 cals. What’s in the other pan?

Did you get it from one of the street vendors in NYC?
I miss working there…
