I have been craving steak like a mad woman!!
Roast Pork loin, Aduki beans, broccoli and cabbage, guac on the side and enough hot sauce to make cutting bearable.
Who says dieting has to be boring

grass-fed beef (4oz) I know
sweet potato fries
brussel sprouts
flax/coconut/cinnamon/egg/chocolate chip muffin

lolz

This is the main part, but i was constantly grabbing other stuff while I was cooking…the peanut butter sandwich was my favorite, consisting PB, jelly, banana and whip cream, delicious!

Rice and ceam cheese and some other cheese melted in with pasta sauce. Its either that or rice with pasta sauce and meat.
First meal of the night. Rice and meat. You sense a pattern. These are staples i litterally eat this every single night. These are eating post workout 630-930. ALso snacked on at this time are large amount of grapes or berries. Cheese, some nuts, an extra 8oz of lean meat and 2-4nights a week 1/4-1/2gal of ice cream. I maintain weight on this. Also earlier in the day i have 8oz of a fattier meat.

Jehovas, how long have you been doing EVOO shots for? If you’ve ever taken a break from doing them, have you ever experienced constipation. I read somewhere that EVOO is a laxative and when you all of a sudden take a break from it, your body isn’t adapted to not having EVOO and you become constipated. Just wondering if this is true or not.
Thanks in advance
I did them years ago when bulking, now I’m just looking for some extra cals/fat in my diet and getting back to it.
Had no issues before, excess oils can create loose stools, so it would make sense if you’re doing a lot of oil then cut it out that the stools would harden up some.
Personally, I’m doing a lot of oil lately and 150-180g fat/day and my stools are the same as they have been
