Snap a Pic of Your Plate

Why don’t you eat carbs?[/quote]

I do eat carbs, but only around physical activity, and this was my dinner ( I worked out midday today, so no starchy carbs)…

I also carb up on my cheat days. Maybe like 200 carbs in a sitting…

These eggs look like something you’d find on the IHOP kid’s menu, because it’s a smiley face.

I made the food pictured above the other night, and probably make it two or three times a month. Chicken, sausage, peppers, and onions. Red wine (this one is “Grandpa Cha Cha’s Homestyle Red”). Fresh bread made that morning from the bakery up the street.

Breakfast
Jumbo eggs
Chicken breast
Colby jack cheese
Homemade guacamole
Salsa
Hot sauce
Wheat tortillas

I made everything but the guac, which my girl made. She used salt, lime, tapatio and something else and it was awesome. We had the day off so got creative. Gonna do something equally gangster manana.

White, that looks pretty good and all but I gotta admit that dog in your avi is creeping me out. It’s like he’s staring into my soul…

It’s a her, and she is.

No wonder I’m a scrawny bastard again, this was dinner last night and even then gave a tiny amount of the eggs to my dog

dinner the other night

I have no problem packing away the calories with junk though

Looks tasty, but there’s something a little unsettling about mixing chicken and eggs in the same meal.

Round 1 of 4 at an all you can eat Sushi place.

White tuna sushi, snapper sushi and spicy salmon sushi

.

.

Girlfriend was pushing dessert, so i ended up having some too.

Deep fried Ice cream + deep fried bananas

Accidentally posted the pic that didn’t turn out too good. Here’s the good one.

In this pic: Salmon sushi, Unagi (eel) sushi and spicy salmon sushi.

Out with the fam, ordered the most expensive thing on the menu since dad was paying ;).

Lamb dinner, cooked rare with fries and salad (not pictured).

For the most part I don’t bother taking pics of the food I make at home because it’s pretty unspectacular. But every time I eat at a sit down I basically snap a pic every time.

Good stuff! What place did you go to?

The GTA has some great all-you-can-eat sushi places

It definitely does.

My posts are a little misleading, the above are pics from 2 different places.

The 2 pics with the black table is Sushi Fun.

I go there for lunch on occasion because it’s the only place that offers sashimi at lunch time. 15 piece limit though.

Other place is yellow tail.

Went for dinner, really good, good service but I’ve only gone once. It’s expensive though ~ $24-25/person on Sunday dinner. But that’s everywhere pretty much

Post workout meal

300g Chicken, 250g rice, veggies, hot sauce, and left over tuna larb (left over tuna mixed with Thai spices and dressing - I live in Bangkok)+ a shit loada hot saaaaauce.
