cant go wrong w/ salt and pepper but i think using kosher salt and (fresh) cracked black pepper makes a world of a difference… that and letting the salt/pepper sit on the meat at room temp for at least an hour or so
X2. makes for a better tasting steak !
I made a fail and forgot to take a pic, but basically copied this video. Everyone should watch this, it’s pure gold. - YouTube
used breakfast sausage, turkey (just what was laying around) potatoes an everything else in the video.
I’ll take a pic next time, just had to share

Unless you’re a weight class athlete I have no idea why you’d eat so little. Double the meat and throw some rice or potatoes in there and you have a meal.

My meals are typically bigger with more protein and fats. I usually only eat carbs around workouts and cheat meals of course. I am currently trying to improve my insulin sensitivity which is the reason for my eating patterns.

A typical plate for me would be some kind of lean meat (4 to 8oz), 3 to 4 whole eggs, small handful of nuts, and 1-2 servings of veggies.
This typically breakfast, but I enjoy this meal at anything point of the day. love me some egg yolks!
Dinner.
Note: already had my Omega fish caps, and I substitute some cottage cheese for the slow digesting protein. A little random combo, but still good eatin.
Why don’t you eat carbs?
